The major construction operations of the project are now
completed. All roadways are paved with limited work remaining to be completed.
Landscape restorations will be completed in the coming
weeks. In areas where concrete curb & gutter or sidewalk was
replaced, the landscape will be restored with topsoil and seed. In areas of
underground utility improvements (primarily storm sewer), the landscape will be
restored with topsoil and sod. These areas will have topsoil installed and graded;
however, sod will not be installed until mid-September when growing conditions
are typically more favorable.
